intends to inform you, pursuant to Art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter for brevity referred to as the "Regulation" or "Applicable Law"), that SILTER is the CONTROLLER FOR PERSONAL DATA provided and that the same will proceed with its processing for the purposes and according to the procedures established below.

intends to inform you, pursuant to Art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as the "REGULATION"), that it will assume the status of Controller for the personal data that will be provided by you and the same will proceed to its processing for the purposes and in the manner described below.
It is hereby highlighted that this disclosure is provided only for the www.silter.it website ("Site"), while it does not apply to other websites accessed via external links and is to be understood as a disclosure provided pursuant to Art. 13 of the Applicable Law to those who interact with the Site linked to it.
It is hereby stated that, pursuant to and for the purposes of Articles 12 of the Applicable Law, we wish to inform you that the personal data you provide us with will be recorded, processed and stored in our archives, in paper and electronic form, in accordance with the appropriate technical and organisational measures set out in Art. 32 of the GDPR. The processing of personal data will be done via the use of tools and procedures to ensure security and confidentiality

Your data will be processed for the following purposes:
- a) to respond to your contact requests and, where necessary, to define events to establish a professional relationship
- b) to answer your questions
- c) to enable the proper functioning of the website
4. Possible recipients of personal data or recipients of personal data categories
Personal Data may be communicated, to the extent necessary, to categories of recipients including: tra i quali:
1) authorised personnel, suitably instructed and trained by the Controller, who have committed themselves to confidentiality or have an adequate legal obligation of confidentiality;
Dissemination - The undersigned will not indiscriminately disseminate your data, or in other words, will not give knowledge to indeterminate persons, including through provision or consultation.
5. Data transfer to third countries
The personal data provided via the website will not be transferred to non-EU countries and SILTER will not carry out any profiling activity on the data collected.
6. Period of data retention
Personal data will be kept for the period of time strictly necessary to achieve the specific purposes of the processing and in any case for a period not exceeding 6 months. It will then be deleted or destroyed.
7. Obligation/capacity to provide personal data
SILTER specifies that the communication of data for the purposes referred to in point 1 letter a), b) above is a legal obligation and/or necessary for the conclusion of the agreement and that, in the event of failure to communicate such data, SILTER cannot proceed with the execution of requests.
8. Processing method
In accordance with and for the purposes of Articles 12 et seq. of the GDPR, we would like to inform you that the personal data you provide us with will be recorded, processed and stored in our archives, in paper and electronic form, in accordance with the appropriate technical and organisational measures set out in Art. 32 of the GDPR. The processing of your personal data may consist of any operation or set of operations among those indicated in Art. 4(1) clause 2 of the GDPR.
The processing of personal data will take place through the use of tools and procedures to ensure security and confidentiality and may be carried out, directly and/or via delegated third parties, either manually by paper, or via the use of computer or electronic tools. The data, for the purposes of the correct management of the relationship and the fulfilment of legal obligations, may be included in the Controller's internal documentation and where necessary, also in the agreements and records required by law
9. Rights of the data subject
Pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation, data subjects have the right to ask SILTER, at any time, for access to their personal data, in order to rectify or cancel the same, or to oppose its processing in the cases provided for by Art. 21 of the Regulation, they have the right to request the limitation of processing in the cases provided for by Art. 18 of the Regulation, as well as to obtain in a structured format, that is commonly used and readable by automatic device, any data concerning them, in the cases provided for by Art. 20 of the Regulation.
The aforementioned rights may be exercised by sending a specific request to the Data Controller through the contact channels indicated in the epigraph of this information and in particular by email to email@example.com. Requests relating to the exercise of the user's rights will be processed without undue delay and, in any case, within one month of the request; only in cases of particular complexity and according to the number of requests may this period be extended by a further 2 (two) months.
In any case, users always have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (supervisory authority for personal data protection), pursuant to Art. 77 of the Regulation where they consider that the processing of their personal data is contrary to the legislation in force.
